A handheld marking or cutting tool composed of a bright lime-green molded plastic handle attached to a flat, rusted metal arm. The handle is elongated with a rounded rear end and a rectangular undercut that sits over the metal base; a black plastic thumb wheel on the side appears to lock or adjust the arm. At the far end of the metal arm there is a small circular swivel head secured with a slotted silver screw, holding a sharp pointed tip and a small wheel or pin—this head shows slight tarnish.
